1. 适用范围与运营者

本隐私政策适用于 Seller Toolkit 浏览器扩展及其相关服务（统称“Seller Toolkit”）。Seller Toolkit 由独立开发者 MYL 开发及运营。

使用 Seller Toolkit 即表示你已了解本政策所述的数据处理方式。如果你不同意，请停止使用相关功能；部分本地功能可以在不登录的情况下使用。

2. 我们处理哪些数据

• 账户数据：注册或登录时使用的电子邮箱、Supabase 用户标识、登录会话，以及选择 Google 登录时由 Google 提供的基础账户信息。密码认证由 Supabase 处理，我们不会取得或保存你的明文密码。
• 功能输入与结果：你主动输入的种子词、关键词、ASIN、站点、拓词结果、自然排名、广告位、商品信息、页面可见评论及功能设置。拓词历史和评论采集结果默认保存在浏览器本地。
• 排名监控数据：排名查询和监控首先保存在浏览器本地。仅在 Premium 云同步功能启用时，监控 ASIN、站点、关键词和每日排名快照会同步至 Supabase，方便在其他设备恢复。
• 反馈数据：你主动提交的反馈内容、可选联系方式或账户邮箱，以及用于排查问题的浏览器 User-Agent。
• 订单与权益数据：方案、金额、订单号、支付渠道、支付状态和权益有效期。银行卡、微信支付账户等支付凭证由支付服务商处理，Seller Toolkit 不保存完整卡号或支付密码。
• 必要运行日志：Supabase、支付服务和目标平台可能根据其自身政策生成包含请求时间、IP 地址、设备或错误信息的安全与运行日志。Seller Toolkit 当前不接入个性化广告或独立行为分析 SDK。

3. 数据如何使用

• 提供搜索框拓词、翻译、导出、Amazon 排名查询、评论采集、趋势记录和 Premium 云同步。
• 完成注册登录、身份验证、用量控制、方案权益和订单处理。
• 响应反馈、排查故障、保障账户及服务安全并防止滥用。
• 履行法律义务以及维护 Seller Toolkit 和用户的合法权益。

4. 本地保存、云端保存与期限

• 拓词历史、页面设置、评论采集结果、未同步的排名记录和临时查询结果保存在 chrome.storage.local，直到你在插件中删除、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。
• Premium 排名云同步仅展示和同步最近 90 个自然日的快照；超过 90 天的快照会在后续同步或写入时清理。删除监控时，Seller Toolkit 会删除本地记录，并在具备云端访问条件时删除云端副本。
• 账户、权益、订单和反馈数据会在提供服务、处理争议、反欺诈及履行财税或其他法定义务所必需的期间内保存。

5. 与哪些服务共享数据

我们只在实现用户主动使用的功能、保障安全或遵守法律所必需时向下列服务传输数据，不出售、出租或向数据经纪商提供用户数据：

• Supabase：账户认证、配额与权益、订单、反馈以及 Premium 排名数据云同步。
• Google：可选的 Google OAuth 登录，以及用户主动发起的关键词或评论翻译。
• Amazon、Walmart 和 Etsy：根据你选择的站点发送关键词请求以获取搜索建议；Amazon 还用于用户主动发起的 ASIN 排名查询和评论页采集。
• 蓝兔支付及其微信支付通道、Creem：创建收银台、确认支付和处理订单。具体支付方式以价格页和收银台显示为准。
• 执法机关、监管机构或交易承接方：仅在法律要求、安全调查，或依法取得必要同意后的资产交易中提供。

6. 网站访问与浏览器权限

Seller Toolkit 只在功能所需的 Amazon、Walmart、Etsy、Google 翻译及服务域名发起请求。排名和评论功能仅在你主动发起时读取相关 Amazon 页面中的搜索结果、广告位或页面可见评论，不会收集与产品功能无关的完整浏览历史。

• storage / unlimitedStorage：保存本地设置、历史、排名和评论采集结果。
• identity：完成用户主动选择的 Google 登录授权。
• scripting 与列明的站点访问权限：在支持的 Amazon 页面提供界面，并完成用户主动发起的排名查询或评论采集。
• 请求可能按照浏览器规则携带你在目标平台已有的 Cookie，但 Seller Toolkit 不读取或保存 Cookie 内容、Amazon 密码或支付密码。

7. 你的选择与权利

• 你可以不登录并使用部分本地功能，也可以选择不使用翻译、云同步、反馈或支付功能。
• 你可以在插件中删除拓词历史、排名监控和评论采集结果；清除扩展存储或卸载扩展可以删除本机数据。
• 你可以通过插件内“意见反馈”或下方联系邮箱，请求查询、更正或删除账户及服务器端个人数据。为保护账户，我们可能需要先验证身份；依法必须保留的交易或安全记录可能无法立即删除。

8. 安全与跨境处理

我们使用 HTTPS 等传输保护措施，并通过 Supabase 行级安全策略限制用户只能访问自己的云端排名数据。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管账户和设备。

第三方服务可能在你所在国家或地区之外处理数据。我们会选择具备合理安全措施的服务，并只传输实现功能所必需的信息。

9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Seller Toolkit 对从 Google API 和浏览器权限获得的信息的使用与传输将遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。我们只将这些数据用于提供或改进面向用户的单一功能，不用于个性化广告、信用评估或向第三方出售。

10. 未成年人、政策更新与联系

Seller Toolkit 面向能够独立开展跨境电商经营或研究的用户，并非面向儿童。若你所在地区要求监护人同意，请在取得同意后使用。

当功能、供应商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页修改日期；重大变化会通过产品内适当方式提示。

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Seller Toolkit browser extension and related services (“Seller Toolkit”). Seller Toolkit is developed and operated by the independent developer MYL.

By using Seller Toolkit, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you disagree, stop using the relevant features; some local features remain available without an account.

2. Data we process

• Account data: your email address, Supabase user ID, authentication session, and basic account information supplied by Google if you choose Google sign-in. Supabase handles password authentication; we do not receive or store your plaintext password.
• Feature inputs and results: seed terms, keywords, ASINs, marketplace, suggestions, organic ranks, ad placements, product information, page-visible reviews, and settings. Search-expansion history and review-collection results are stored in your browser by default.
• Rank-monitor data: rank queries and monitors are stored locally first. Only when Premium cloud sync is enabled are monitored ASINs, marketplaces, keywords, and daily snapshots synced to Supabase for restoration on another device.
• Feedback data: content you submit, optional contact information or account email, and browser User-Agent used for troubleshooting.
• Order and entitlement data: plan, amount, order identifier, payment provider, status, and entitlement expiry. Payment providers handle card or wallet credentials; Seller Toolkit does not store complete card numbers or payment passwords.
• Essential operational logs: Supabase, payment providers, and target platforms may create security or service logs containing request time, IP address, device, or error details under their own policies. Seller Toolkit does not currently use personalized-advertising or standalone behavioral-analytics SDKs.

3. How we use data

• Provide search-box expansion, translation, export, Amazon rank queries, review collection, trends, and Premium cloud sync.
• Operate sign-in, authentication, quotas, plan entitlements, and payments.
• Respond to feedback, troubleshoot, secure accounts and services, and prevent abuse.
• Meet legal obligations and protect Seller Toolkit and its users.

4. Local/cloud storage and retention

• Search-expansion history, settings, review-collection results, unsynced ranks, and temporary query results are stored in chrome.storage.local until you delete them, clear extension data, or uninstall Seller Toolkit.
• Premium rank cloud sync displays and syncs the latest 90 calendar days. Older snapshots are removed on a later sync or write. Deleting a monitor removes the local record and, when cloud access is available, its cloud copy.
• Account, entitlement, order, and feedback records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax or other legal duties.

5. Services that receive data

We transfer data only when needed for a feature you request, security, or legal compliance. We do not sell or rent user data or provide it to data brokers. Recipients include:

• Supabase for authentication, quotas, entitlements, orders, feedback, and Premium rank cloud sync.
• Google for optional Google OAuth and translations you request.
• Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy for suggestion requests to the marketplace you select; Amazon also receives user-initiated ASIN rank and review-page requests.
• Lantu/WeChat Pay and Creem for checkout creation and payment confirmation, depending on the method shown at checkout.
• Authorities, regulators, or a transaction successor only as legally required, for security, or for an asset transaction after obtaining any consent required by law.

6. Site access and browser permissions

Seller Toolkit makes requests only to the Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Google Translate, and service domains needed for its features. Rank and review collection reads relevant search results, ad placements, or page-visible reviews only when you initiate it; Seller Toolkit does not collect unrelated full browsing history.

• storage / unlimitedStorage stores local settings, history, rank data, and review-collection results.
• identity supports Google sign-in you choose to initiate.
• scripting and listed host permissions provide supported Amazon page interfaces and user-initiated rank or review collection.
• Requests may include existing marketplace cookies under browser rules, but Seller Toolkit does not read or store cookie contents, Amazon passwords, or payment passwords.

7. Your choices and rights

• You may use some local features without signing in and may choose not to use translation, cloud sync, feedback, or payments.
• You can delete search-expansion history, rank monitors, and review-collection results in Seller Toolkit. Clearing extension storage or uninstalling removes local data.
• Use Feedback in the extension or the email below to request access, correction, or deletion of account and server-side personal data. We may verify your identity; transaction or security records required by law may not be immediately deletable.

8. Security and international processing

We use HTTPS and Supabase row-level security to limit cloud rank data to its user. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your account and device.

Providers may process data outside your country. We select providers with reasonable safeguards and limit transfers to what the feature needs.

9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Seller Toolkit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs and browser permissions will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that data only to provide or improve user-facing functionality, not for personalized ads, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.

10. Children, updates, and contact

Seller Toolkit is intended for users able to conduct ecommerce business or research and is not directed to children. Obtain guardian consent where required.

We may update this policy as features, providers, or laws change and will revise the date above. Material changes will be announced through an appropriate in-product notice.
